Ease of navigation was the big reason behind the redesign of our new site.
Our goal was to simplify the navigation scheme and streamline the content
enabling users to find information with minimum searching.

The best way to view our new site is at 800 x 600 pixel screen resolution.
Screen resolution is controlled by your operating system and by the type of
monitor you have. If you are running Microsoft® Windows®95, Windows98 or Windows NT®
you can easily change your screen resolution by clicking on the Start icon and
selecting Control Panel from the menu that appears. From the window that
appears select Display. Then select the Settings tab. Within that window you will
see a setting called Display Area. Adjust your screen resolution to 800 x 600
or greater.

If you are on a Macintosh, use the Apple® Powerstrip bar to adjust
the resolution with a single click on that menu. Or, from the Apple menu
select Control Panels and then Displays to change your screen resolution.

There are certain areas on our new site that employ Java*, JavaScript*, frames
and redirects to provide the maximum functionality possible to our visitors.
In order to navigate efficiently through our site we suggest using an Internet
browser that supports these technologies. We recommend using Netscape® 4.0 to
Netscape 6.0 or Microsoft® Internet Explorer 4.0 and above. Also, be sure your
browser's preferences are set to accommodate the technologies described above.

For best results reduce the scaling, in the Print dialogue box, from 100% to 85%
so that the entire page will fit onto an standard letter-size piece of paper.
