DAY 01
Transfer today from Vancouver to Tyax Mountain Lake Resort in a 4 x 4 Luxury
Suburban, an "Extreme Limousine". Surely one of the most comfortable ways to
travel. A picnic lunch has been arranged and refreshments are available though
out your journey, which will be approximately 5 hours. Once you arrive at Tyax
Mountain Lake Resort and check-in, take in all the mountains and the lake. Tyax
is the largest log lodge in Western Canada and is located in the sunny Southern
Chilcotin Mountains on the edge of Tyaughton Lake. After your journey you may
want to take a dip in the lake or perhaps climb into the outdoor Jacuzzi, before
dinner in the lodge. Overnight at Tyax Mountain Lake Resort.
DAY 02
One of the most expensive things in our hectic world is time. Well for the next
two days and nights all you have is time. Time to choose your activity, time to
choose your book and a place to read it, time to meet new friends enjoying the
relaxing atmosphere that is Tyax. Perhaps you would like to canoe on the lake,
or maybe the sailboat. Perhaps a hike around the trails around the resort, with
36 different interpretive signs explaining the different flora, fauna and
sights. Tonight after dinner, sit around a campfire on the lake listening to the
birds and wildlife calling to each other under the star lit sky. Overnight at

DAY 03
After breakfast today perhaps you would like to go horseback riding around the
lake, or maybe try your luck at gold panning? All is here for you to choose
from, and remember, the lake is ever present in case you need to cool off. Today
take your half hour flight seeing trip over the Bridge River Glaciers. Overnight
at Tyax Mountain Lake Resort.
DAY 04
Today is time to head home, however we are sure you want the last couple of
hours to enjoy yourself, before the journey to Vancouver, so we have arranged
that your departure is after lunch. Your "Extreme Limousine" and driver are
waiting, so time to say goodbye to your newfound friends, sit back and relax, as
your professional driver returns you to Vancouver, in safety and comfort.
