DAY 01
Tour westward from Calgary to the majestic peaks of the Canadian Rockies. Banff
and area makes a perfect home for your two night stay. Overnight in Banff.
DAY 02
A full day tour takes you into the heart of the Rockies. Travel northward along
the Columbia Icefield Parkway past towering peaks, expansive valleys and crystal
waterways. At the Columbia Icefield, ride a Snocoach out on to the surface of
the Athabasca Glacier. Today's touring draws to a close as you are returned to
Banff for the evening. Overnight in Banff.
DAY 03
This morning board the "Rocky Mountaineer" to begin a two day train adventure to
Vancouver. Travel through Kicking Horse Pass and Spiral Tunnels en route to your
overnight stop in Kamloops, British Columbia. Overnight in Kamloops.
DAY 04
Back onboard the "Rocky Mountaineer", follow the Thompson and Fraser Rivers to
Hell's Gate Canyon. Arrive in Vancouver in the late afternoon and transfer
(included) to your hotel. Overnight in Vancouver.
DAY 05
A full day excursion to Victoria is highlighted by a ferry ride through the Gulf
Islands, a visit to Butchart Gardens and city sightseeing that includes Beacon
Hill Park and downtown areas. Return to Vancouver in the late evening after a
full day of sights. Overnight in Vancouver.
DAY 06
A morning Vancouver Grand City tour of Stanley Park, English Bay,Queen Elizabeth
Park,Chinatown and Gastown is on the schedule. The afternoon is yours to enjoy
and explore at your leisure. Overnight in Vancouver.
DAY 07
A morning check out from your hotel concludes your tour.
