with a short train trip to the charming alpine town of Jasper. Onward from
Jasper you'll witness spectacular winter scenery from your luxury motorcoach as
you travel one of the most scenic highways in the world - the Icefields Parkway.
Enjoy plenty of time to explore Banff before concluding your tour in Calgary.
TOUR FEATURES

DAY 01
Upon arrival at Edmonton International Airport, transfer on your own to the
Fantasyland Hotel located at the famous West Edmonton Mall (transfer not
included). Enjoy shopping plus wet and wild fun at the mall's sensational
5-acre World Waterpark. (entrance included). Overnight at the Fantasyland
Hotel.
DAY 02
Spend the whole day exploring the world's largest shopping/attraction complex,
offering over 800 stores and services. Visit all five world class attractions.
There's the Las Vegas style Palace Casino, Red's, Planet Hollywood, Jubilations
"live" dinner theatre and more! Overnight at the Fantasyland Hotel.
DAY 03
Transfer to the VIA Station on your own (transfer not included). Depart
Edmonton on VIA Rail to Jasper (coach seating). You'll travel through the
picturesque country of central Alberta, into the foothills and the Rocky
Mountains. Transfer from VIA Rail to Jasper hotel. (transfer included).
Overnight in Jasper.
DAY 04
Jasper, fascinating in beauty and history, is set amidst some of the most rugged
peaks in the Rockies. Your three-hour Fall morning sightseeing tour will
encompass some of the most outstanding features of the area, including Patricia
and Pyramid Lakes and Maligne Canyon with its narrow gorge and limestone walls
falling 50 metres below. (Itinerary may vary due to weather conditions.)
Overnight in Jasper.
DAY 05
This morning, board a Fall motorcoach bound for Banff via the spectacular
Icefields Parkway, one of Canada's most scenic routes. At Lake Louise, a 30
minute stop allows time to enjoy the views of the Victoria Glacier, before
continuing to Banff. Overnight in Banff.
DAY 06
Soak away the winter blues in the outdoor splendour of Banff's Upper Hot Springs
pool (transfer and admission included). Then enjoy the best of Banff, including
the Whyte Museum of the Canadian Rockies and the Banff Park Museum (passes to
both museums included). Overnight in Banff.
DAY 07
Conclude your tour with a transfer from Banff to the Calgary International
Airport or Calgary city centre.
