booking conditions
Please read these booking conditions carefully. By paying your deposit, we understand that you have read and accept these conditions.

prices
All prices quoted are per person and shown in either US ($USD) or CANADIAN ($CAD) funds. Other currencies on this website are to be used as a guide only. It should be clearly understood that the rates on this web site include our administration, planning and operational expenses. All rates are subject to provincial sales and/or Goods and Services (GST) tax increases.

Note: We strongly suggest you purchase travel insurance to cover 100% of your package cost, as there are no expectations to the cancellation penalties.

changes in prices & itinerary
Prices are based on supplier contracts as of 01 October 2003. It is impossible to foreshadow accurately increases in airfares, fuel, airport charges, hotel rates and other service provider's tariffs. In the event that such fluctuations offset the prices, which we pay for such services, we reserve the right to adjust our prices at any time up to and including the day of departure. Please ask your travel agent to confirm the correct price for your holiday with us.

deposits
A deposit of $200 per person is required in our office within 7 days of receiving your confirmation to enable us to hold the reservation.

full payment
Full payment is required no later than 45 days prior to departure. Bookings made with 45 days of trip departure will require a credit card gurantee.

credit cards
Inbound Holidays accepts Visa, MasterCard & American Express. Your Verbal authorization of the use of your card indicates your compliance with our booking terms and conditions and confirms your reservation whether or not you have actually signed the appropriate draft. Credit Card payments will be processes in the funds in which the booking was made (Canadian or US funds).

documentation
Documents for North American Clients will be sent from our office 21 days prior to departure via an express delivery service. If a late booking does not allow us to provide you with travel documents prior to your departure, they will be available at your first night hotel stay in Canada. Overseas customers will receive fill documentation package from Inbound Holidays representative at your first night hotel stay in Canada.

validity of website
This website was updated January 2004 and is valid through to 31 December 2004. These prices are subject to change without notice. Inbound Hoildays or other agents cannot be held responsible for any change, which may occur and reserve the right to increase the price of any travel arrangements prior to full payment being received by Inbound Holidays.

not included in the tour cost
Cost of passports where required, gratuities (except where indicated), insurance, excess baggage, laundry, drinks, airport taxes, meals (except where indicated), insurance, items of a personal nature.

travel insurance
It is a condition of traveling on our holidays that passengers are covered by adequate Travel Insurance. This should be valid for the full duration of their holiday and include but not limited to the following features: coverage of illness, injury, emergency assistance, loss of baggage and personal items, loss of monies due to cancellation or curtailment, and additional accommodation and repatriation costs due to illness or accident. Your travel agent will be able to recommend a suitable policy for you.

accomodation
All accommodation is for run of the house accommodation standard rooms. Rooms will vary and may have different amenities. The hotel management makes all room assignments and Inbound Holidays has no control over which room you will receive. If the featured hotel is unavailable, we reserve the right to substitute hotel accomodation of a similar grade.

Drop off is at a different point from pick up, Airport fees, National Park entrance fees and hotel parking fees. (Drop off charges are subject to change at any time.) Deposit of a valid credit card acceptance to Avis will be required to cover costs not included in packages. All costs not included in package are the responsibility of the renter and are payable to AVIS at the time of the car drop off. Renter must be 25 years of age and must possess a valid drivers license. Car rental day is based on 24-hour period. LDW and PAI amounts are subject to change at any time by the car rental company. Minimum car rental period of 2 days applies. All rates are subject to any increase in GST and/or provincial sales taxes.

  • I-Car (Mid size) = Tempo, Grand Am, Acclaim, Skylark or similar (unlimited Kms)
  • F-Car (Full size) = Taurus, Regal, LeBaron or similar (unlimited Kms)
  • 7 passenger mini van = Caravan, Aerostar, Lumina APV or similar (100 free km per day,$0.25 CDN per additional km)

    meals
    Meal plan includes breakfast as noted. Beverages, bar items and room service are not included and are your responsibility.

    responsibility
    Inbound Holidays (herein called the company) act's only as an agent for hotels, airlines, bus or car companies, railroad or steamship lines or owners or contractors providing accommodation, transportation or other services, and all coupons, exchange orders, receipts, are subject to any and all tariffs, terms and condition under which any accommdation, transportation or any other services whatsoever are provided by such hotels, airlines, bus or car companies, railroad, steamship lines, or owners or contractors. The company shall not be liable or responsible for death or injury to any person or loss of or damage to any property or otherwise including baggage, whether due to its or its servants, agents or employees negligence or otherwise arising out of or in conjunction with accommodation, transportation or other services, or resulting directly or indirectly from acts of God, dangers, incident of sea, fire, breakdown in machinery or equipment, acts of government or other authorities, de jure or de facto wars, whether declared or not, hostilities, civil disturbance, strikes, riots, thefts, pilferage, epidemics, quarantines, medical or customs regulations, delays or cancellation of or changes in schedules or itinerary, or overbooking or defaults, or from any causes beyond the Company's control or through the acts or defaults of the hotels, airlines, bus or car companies, railroads, steamship lines or owners or contractors providing accommodation, transportation and other services or any loss or damage resulting from improper or insufficient passport, visa or other documents and that neither the Company nor its servants, agents or employees shall be or become liable or responsible for any additional expense or liability sustained or incurred by the tour and/ or modify the itineraries in any way it thinks desirable and further reserves the right to decline to accept any person on any tour and may substitute hotels where necessary. The issuance and acceptance of receipts, tickets, vouchers, coupons or travel orders shall be deemed consent of the above conditions. The transportation companies or firms shall be exempt from all liability in respect of any detention, delay, loss, damage, sickness or injury, however or by whomsoever caused and whatever kind occurring, of or to the passenger at any time when the passenger is not on board a carrier or conveyance used and operated by the transport companies or firms. The passage contract in use by the transportation companies or firms shall constitute the sole contract between the transportation companies or firms and the purchaser of these tours and/or passengers.
