DAY 01
Begin your tour by picking up your rental car early in Vancouver and driving to
peaceful Lac Le Jeune. Travel along either the Coquihalla Highway via Merritt or
the Trans-Canada Highway via the Fraser Canyon, where you can stop at Hell's
Gate and other great viewpoints. Overnight at Lac Le Jeune (dinner
included).

DAY 02
After breakfast (included for 2004 only), drive eastward along the
Trans-Canada Highway to your destination of Banff, Alberta. Enroute you'll see
Shuswap Lake, Rogers Pass, Glacier and Yoho National Parks, the Spiral Tunnels
of the Canadian Pacific Railway - and so much more! Take some time to stop at
Lake Louise before your arrival in Banff. Overnight in Banff.

DAY 03
Explore the wonders of world-famous Banff, a scenic alpine town that's also a
centre for arts and entertainment, shopping, restaurants and nightlife.
Luxuriate in the mineral waters of the newly-renovated Upper Hot Springs
(entrance included) and ride the Banff Gondola (included) for a
360§ look at Banff and the Bow Valley. Also included in your package is
admission to the Cave & Basin National Historic Site. Overnight in Banff.

DAY 04
Today you will drive to Jasper via Canada's most spectacular mountain highway -
the Icefields Parkway. Be sure to stop and explore, take pictures, enjoy the
peaks, valleys, waterfalls, glaciers and turquoise lakes. A ride on a Inbound Holiday's
Snocoach to tour the Athabasca Glacier is included in your package (April 15
- October 15 included). Overnight in Jasper.

DAY 05
Take time to discover Jasper and it's lovely surroundings on your own. Drive to
Maligne Canyon and Maligne Lake, where you can take a scenic lake cruise; try
the Whistlers tramway for a panoramic view; or head eastward to Miette Hot
Springs. These suggested options are not included in the package. Overnight in
Jasper.

DAY 06 and 07
Return your rental vehicle in Jasper ($125.00 Cdn drop fee + tax not
included) and begin the two-day rail portion of your tour. Board Rocky
Mountaineer's daylight service to Vancouver with an overnight stop in Kamloops.
You will travel along the tranquil North Thompson River, on the Interior Plateau
with its sagebrush and Ponderosa pines, then along the rugged Fraser Canyon past
Hell's Gate. Breakfast and lunch are served at your seat onboard each
day. Your tour concludes with an afternoon arrival to Vancouver
