    One of the most beautiful outdoor shows in the world! Explore mountains, canyons and tunnels between Vancouver and Jasper from the pampered first class comfort aboard VIA Rail's 'Canadian'. Overlook - and look way up to - dozens of mountains including Mount Robson and Castle Mountain. Ride a gondola to the top of Sulphur Mountain. Walk on a glacier. Visit Medicine Lake, Maligne Lake, Bow Lake, Peyto Lake, Emerald Lake, Lake Louise, Takakkaw Falls, Lake Minnewanka and Two Jack Lake. Come on. Get your feet wet!

    DAY 01
    Leave Calgary's downtown and tour through the foothills into the Rocky Mountains. In Banff, tour the town with your knowledgeable driver/guide. You will also have an opportunity to ride to the summit of Sulphur Mountain (included).Overnight in Banff.

    DAY 02
    Your day is at leisure to explore the mountain community of Banff. ("Oh Canada Eh?!" Dinner Show is included this evening for 2004 bookings only). Overnight in Banff.

    DAY 03
    Depart Banff this morning and head to Moraine Lake and the Valley of the Ten Peaks. Continue to Lake Louise, the "Jewel of the Rockies". After a lunch break in Lake Louise (lunch not included) continue on the Yoho Valley and Emerald Lake (available June 15 - October 4, 2003 and June 15 - October 2, 2004 - tour to Lake Louise only is substituted outside of these dates). Return in the late afternnon back to Lake Louise. Overnight in Lake Louise.

    DAY 04
    Today, journey northward to Jasper with a stop at the Athabasca Glacier. A ride on the glacier with a Inbound Holiday's Snocoach is included. In addition to the Glacer, sights on route include Peyto Lake, Crowfoot Glacier and Athabasca Falls. Arrive in Jasper in the late afternoon. Overnight in Jasper.

    DAY 05
    Your introduction to Jasper will encompass some outstanding scenery including Medicine Lake and Maligne Canyon. Continue on your way to Maligne Lake, there you will board a tour boat and set off on a 90 minute cruise. (Maligne Lake portion of tour available June 15 - Sept. 30, 2003 & June 15 - Sept. 30, 2004). Return to Jasper where the rest of the day is yours to enjoy at leisure. Overnight in Jasper.

    DAY 06
    Your day is at leisure until your transfer to the Jasper train station (included), where you will board VIA rail bound for Vancouver. Overnight onboard VIA Rail. (Dinner this evening is included onboard)

    DAY 07
    Your tour ends upon arrival at Vancouver's Pacific Central Station (breakfast on board the train is included) in early morning.

    For added convenience, this tour is also available from Calgary.

    Extra nights are available in Calgary and/or Vancouver by request.
